About

I am Associate Professor at the School of Computing and Information Technology, University of Wollongong, NSW, Australia. My research focuses on public-key cryptography and network security. I was/am ARC DECRA Fellow (2017-2019) and ARC Future Fellow (2023-2026). I received my B.S. and M.S. degrees from Fujian Normal University in China (2005, 2008), and completed my PhD at the University of Wollongong in 2013.

After two decades of research in cryptology, I have gradually established a Knowledge Synthesis-Driven (KSD) approach that has become a key characteristic of my research.
