Accessing the /etc directory from a CIFS client

You can access the /etc directory from a CIFS client to manage your storage system.

Steps

1. Map a drive to the following path: \\filer\C$

   filer is the name of your storage system.

   You have access to the storage system root directory.

2. Double-click the /etc folder to access the content.
