This document describes how to configure and manage network interfaces, virtual network interfaces (vifs), virtual LANs (VLANs), and routing on storage systems that run Data ONTAP 7.3 software. This document describes all Data ONTAP storage system models; however, some models do not support all of the networkig interfaces. See the hardware guide for your storage system to identify which interfaces are supported on your system.
