Creating a volume SnapMirror relationship for a traditional volume

You can create a volume SnapMirror relationship for a traditional volume.

Steps

1. To create SnapLock Compliance source, enter the following command:vol create vol_name -L compliance 3

   Example

   vol create src -L compliance 3

2. To create a SnapLock Compliance destination, enter the following command:vol create Vol_name -L compliance 3

   Example

   vol create dst -L compliance 3

3. To initialize the SnapMirror relationship between the source and the destination, enter the following command:snapmirror initialize -S src dst
