Title: Reasoning About Biological Networks in ABT with BioNet Reasoner

Abstract:

The presentation starts with an introduction to the basic principles needed to understand biological networks.
Next, the two previous action languages, A0T and CTAID for modelling biological networks are discussed. The features of the new action language ABT are then introduced, and compared to those found in the two previous languages. BioNet Reasoner is an implementation of ABT that was built, and its workings are then explained.
Finally, limitations of ABT are explored.
