Dear Mr Hinton,
re Andrew Turner and Healthcare companies
I refer to my letter dated 3 October 2000 in which I drew your attention to a strong belief in the USA that Turner would form a company to buy Sun's international operations. I indicated his involvement in Ballantrae Healthcare as a consultant and that the current owner wanted him as a future CEO. Also that many Sun staff had moved over to Ballantrae.
I attach here a further article which indicates that Turner has also formed EnduraCare which is recruiting former Sun staff. It seems that Turner and his staff are simply jumping ship to form the same company groupings but under different names.
I have examined the information available about Turner and written an analysis of his character and it is clear to me that he is totally unsuited to the provision of health and aged care.
This analysis can be accessed by following the links on the www at
I urge you to take extreme care in regard to any purchaser of Sun's holding in Australia.
