Overview

The Graduate Certificate in Marketing is designed for those who are seeking to progress their career in Marketing or those currently working in the industry who wish to gain a relevant postgraduate qualification to update their skills and knowledge.

Course Learning Outcomes

Course Learning Outcomes are statements of learning achievement that are expressed in terms of what the learner is expected to know, understand and be able to do upon completion of a course. Students graduating from this course will be able to:

* Students should complete this subject within their first session of study. Those who have an academic background in Marketing to complete any other 900-level marketing subjects on offer in place of MARK804 Principles of Marketing Management.

Other Information

  • Graduates of the Graduate Certificate in Marketing may apply to progress to the Master of Marketing and receive 24 cps specified credit for subjects completed within the Graduate Certificate.
  • Graduates of the Graduate Certificate in Marketing may apply to enrol in the Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree and may be granted 18 cps credit for MBA902 along with 12 cps MBA elective subjects.

Note: entry to the MBA is dependent upon meeting the MBA work experience entry requirement.
