Overview
When you study science at UOW we encourage you to follow your inquisitive nature and ask the important questions. In the Undergraduate Certificate in Science you will gain a practical foundation in a number of core areas of science such as Biology and Climate Science which can lead to careers in a variety of science industries.
This course is one of a number of online short courses available to students between July and December 2020 to support school leavers and workers looking to up-skill or future-proof their careers.
Each course comprises four subjects that impart new skills and knowledge that can be applied to existing or future job roles, or as a basis for further study towards a UOW undergraduate or postgraduate degree. This course is aligned to the Bachelor of Science (742) and you will receive full credit towards that degree on completion of this course. After successfully completing the this course you can transfer with credit into the Bachelor of Science and choose from a variety of majors and study areas offered at UOW.
