Course Description

The Master of Engineering Practice is designed to develop the key professional skills of engineering leaders. Core subjects involve information retrieval, project planning and organisation, analysis, problem solving and effective communication of results.

All students complete the common core of subjects (24 credit points). A formal major can be included in the degree by taking an additional 24 credit points from one of the major areas of study listed below.  Students can graduate without a major by taking postgraduate engineering subjects approved by the Course Co-ordinator, allowing the opportunity to include a 12-credit point dissertation.
