Course Description

Human resource managers are focused on the achievement of effective learning organisations in a world of rapid local and global change. This course provides the skills necessary to examine structures, systems, culture and leadership; to implement organisation change; to manage employment relations; and to leverage competitive advantage in the global market place through contemporary HRM practice.
