Overview

This program is available to applicants with a major study in Psychology. Because the Australian Psychology Accreditation Council (APAC) reserves the name 'Masters' for 5th and 6th year courses, this course is not accredited by the APAC. It is thus not suitable for Australian students who intend to proceed further with APAC accredited professional training. The program structure allows international students to tailor their studies to suit the requirements of the profession in their own countries.

Entry Requirements / Assumed Knowledge

A Bachelors degree of at least three years duration with a major in Psychology from a recognised tertiary institution (or equivalent) is required for entry. Entry to the course is competitive and is based on academic qualifications. For the purposes of entry we use the average of the marks from all subjects in the student's accredited psychology major.

International students are required to have achieved an overall IELTS score of 6.5, with a minimum level of 6.0 in all bands of reading and writing, speaking and listening.
