The Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management is designed for those who are seeking to progress their career in Human Resources or those currently working in the industry who wish to gain a relevant postgraduate qualification to update their skills and knowledge.

* Students should complete MGNT803 in their first session of study if applicable. Those who have an academic background in Human Resource Management may complete an alternate 900-level Faculty of Business management subject as approved by the Academic Program Director in place of MGNT803 Organisational Behaviour and Management.
