Overview

The Master of Nursing is designed to prepare nurses for leadership roles in the health care system, or to prepare candidates for academic progression. Students opting for this program will be provided with an academic avenue for professional development, knowledge and comprehension of research methods and design, and of evidence-based practice. Students will undertake subjects in reflective practice, legal and professional issues in nursing and research methodology, and carry out a relevant research project.

Course Structure

Please note: This course is not currently taking any new students for 2020.

The Master of Nursing requires the successful completion of 60 credit points of subjects which comprises of 48 credit point of core subjects and 12 credit points of minor project. An additional 12 credit points of subjects may be required to fulfil degree completion requirements based on the student academic background and qualifications.
