Overview

The Master of Strategic Human Resource Management (MSHRM) will provide you with critical perspectives on the role and functions of HR executives and change agents. The program presents powerful tools for analysing strategic alignment, managing employment relationships and identifying leadership and team dynamic skills essential to orchestrate organisational change. It will also challenge you to analyse, diagnose and execute judgments across all human resource functions, to support the strategic objectives of your organisation.

A key component of the MSHRM program is the practical development of key skills in a real-world environment. This includes interaction with industry through a range of guest lectures as well as a business-focussed management project that will help you to critically analyse challenging scenarios relevant to your area of professional practice.
